Is there code for using a sleeve through a wall/ or floor or can EMT pass through without a sleeve? THanks.

Sleeves are usually a job spec when running EMT through walls and floors. Unless the EMT is aluminum, then a sleeve may be required to keep it from contacting concrete or mortar.
