Slow blow breaker for welder circuit?

I will be installing a 50amp circuit for a 240v lincoln arc-welder. Lincoln calls for slow blow fuses or a slow blow/trip circuit breaker for the welder.
Do they make a slow trip breaker? Would a HACR breaker work?

all breakers take their time any way a standard one like 480 sparky said is all you need

The HACR rating has nothing to do with the speed of the breaker. Since about 1995, all UL489 breakers are HACR rated even if they do not carry a separate label.
