Small appliance circuit

If I’ve met the requirements for supplying 2 20amp circuits to a residential kitchen can I supply a receptacle inside the island cabinet with a 15 amp GFCI protected circuit for a pull out mixer stand.

Nameplate of mixer is 800 watts.

I have a dedicated 15A circuit that was abandoned from an old dishwasher 3’ from where I need it.
