Small conduit and MC cable Supports

I assume if your on a job where they completely gut the interior it would not make any sense( timing/sequence wise) to support of the hanger rod( or similar) that the ceiling guys installs? You would want to shoot rod or something else into the deck( if there are no exposed steel beams) to support you conduit/ cables while everything is open???

If the pencil rod is there we would use it but often it isn't there when you're roughing your cables and the small EMT so you end up with bridal rings or something else to support the cables. Raceways get rod hangers or conduit racks.

Thanks just curious what do you guys use for rod hanger for small conduits ?

Anchor>threaded rod>Minerlac hanger.
