Small job in Blackwood, NJ

Hey guys,

An acquaintance is buying a house in Blackwood (Gloucester County) and the home inspector pointed out a few items that need some attention. One issue is there's a single pole breaker that has two conductors terminated to it. The service entry cable is missing a few straps, and there's a piece of romex in the attic that needs to be put in a box. I live almost two hours away and am super busy, it makes no sense for me, or anyone I know locally, to drive that distance for this amount of work. So, I was just wondering if there's anyone on here that lives nearby and is interested in helping out.

I would love a road trip but that might be stretching it.
Isn’t that the sellers responsibility to correct those or is it a, just get it done, so we can move ahead issue?

Hey Man!

I guess that stuff is worked out between the buyer and seller and whatever terms they can agree on. All I know is my acquaintance thinks the place is going to burn down, so she's nervous despite what I've told her. Let's see if anyone else is close by, thanks ptonsparky!
