Small package flush mt residential 200A meter/main's ?

Hello I have a need for 200A flush mount meter/mains, the problem is the builder wants the smallest possible size.
Anyone have any tips on small package residential 200A meter/main's ?
They like the Siemens MM0202B1200 but it needs to be 7-1/2 inches deep for a 3" PVC lateral.
Thanks for any tips.
