Small quantity of number 600

How do you guys handle when you have to buy a small quantity of number 600 wire. Say you pnly have a 30-foot run... And only need about 120 ft? Not sure the smallest real equality you can get from supply House in that size.

Pay the cut charge and be done with it, or figure out parallels with commonly available sizes.

Thanks ....yes have 4 #600 and 1 1/0.... So I literally only have about 50 feet of the 1/0

My supply house will cut whatever amount I want, even just 1 foot.

I agree unless your supplier is only providing one color on the reel like black with marking tape. In that case I might be inclined to order 120' and cut it on the floor.
