Small transformer protection

I have to choose protection for a small 50 VA 208V control transformer
Cat no B050MBT13RK
From what I know I can have primary protection up to 300% and secondary protection up to 250%
What protects this control transformer from overloading?
Or am I mistaken about rules of protection.

When I do CPTs, I use no more than 250% on the primary and no more than 125% on the secondary.
The manufacture of that transformer has an overcurrent protection data sheet
