Smoke Detectors in Multifamily Buildings

What brand and model you guys use for common areas in multifamily buildings (not high rise) 3 or 4 floors maybe 24 apartments or so? 120 volts hard wired

i recently switched from firex, to BRK 9120 B. so far so good .

definitely you can not use Firex.it is for residential use only!
