smoke fire damper disconnect

Is it permissible to apply rule 430-112 to a circuit that feeds several smoke fire damper motors and use the single pole breaker as the service disconnect for a group of several damper motors.

Fire smoke dampers have actuators and are listed at maybe 10VA, some are 24V, others pneumatic. I don't think 430 applies.
