Now according to the '03 anything less then 1/8 hp does not need any form of disconnect besides the ocp. So here it goes I have over 246 fire smoke dampers all less then 1/8 hp. My P.m says the job was bid to have a box, switch, and a industrial raised switch cover. I made the call to tie everything straight through and use the breaker. It is a 120 circuit. Do I have a leg to stand on. Or Should I have 246 boxes,switches,covers on standby.
