Snow melter disconnect

NEC 2017 Section 426.50(A). I have plans that show those disconnect in nema 4x enclosure. Normally I see disconnect with handle bar visible but the ones I have place them in an enclosure. So one has to open the enclosure to reach disconnect handle.

Does the NEC 2017 go into if this types of disconnect for snowmelter is acceptable or not?

Isnt that just like an air conditioner disconnect? I see few requirements for a snow melt disconnect. It is accessible, and most likely readily accessible depending on where it is installed. But dont see readily accessible as a requirement unless using the source panel circuit breaker as the disconnect.
