Snug Plug "outlet tightener."

I just saw an ad on TV for a U shaped plastic gizmo that you insert into an NEMA 15-5R outlet to tighten it up.
Look up "snug plug" on Google for many hits.
I sent an email to the FTC but whom else can I write to remove this product from the market.

I'd write the FCC but they are only interested in selling under used RF spectrum to cell phone companies.



The ad was on Ion Plus at ~10:30AM January 11, 2024.

Yeah, not sure the FTC would really care. The CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission), though, may be a good place to start. I'd begin by pointing out that these things are almost certainly not UL listed, nor are they likely to be NEC compliant, either.
