Is not allowed for use as part of the building wiring system (and I think that between luminaires qualifies.)
Unless you can meet one of the vibration, motion, or frequent moving of equipment exceptions, that is.
If the LED feed is low voltage, with limited power, you may be able to use landscape wire.
