I have a project where alot of equipment is being installed below grade and raises up for servive on a hyd. lift. All of the circuits need to back to a control panel about 30' away. Is there any instance where I could pull the so cord back to the panel in the pvc and terminate it with a strain relief in the pit, as it exits the conduit? There circuits are all 30amp 208 1ph. There is not alot of room in the pit to set a pull box to transition trationally.
Thanks in advance guys......

I always set a hand hole to make the transition.
Make sure you seal the conduit good. Don't go directly to the panel with the SO.
Use waterproof wirenuts.
