I couldn't help take the following pictures. This has been like this for at least a week. It just so happened today that I got a chance to park next to it rather than drive past it. The tick tracer shows hot on that bare screw. You can see how close to the sidewalk it is. What are the chances of a kid in a place called Wolf Lake (the lake is just over 1 mile from the picture) standing barefoot while he or she is poking their finger in the box. I called the township office, which is right across the street. The lady I talked to was very upset and said, her words, "I'm on it".

Hell hath no fury like a mother that works for the township.

You can expect to have the police show up at your house at zero dark 30 one night, smash in your doors, throw some grenades in, and kill your dogs when they arrest you for unauthorized tampering with township property.
