Hello, I am trying to get into installing solar/wind for my area. I have gone over mike’s solar book and Tom Henry’s book several times.
Are their any company training classes you would recommend. Maybe to also be a sales rep for them.
I am going through the channels to be a generac Service and sales tech. Was hoping some solar company’s have the same set up.

I want to Do my first job on my house, though I don’t know what brand to get.
Also I have noticed you can get very reasonable used panels in bulk on eBay. Is that a terrible idea. The savings is huge and the loss of productivity in a 10 year panel seem to still be reasonable per watt. compared to new. Thank you again!

I have no trouble getting panels on ebay, although I have not bought any Used ones. Personally I would stay away from something that has been in service for 10 years, that seems like a bit much. You can also check sunelec.com they often have good deals.
