solar grounding

Heres my setup, I have a 1200amp switchgear feeding a 800 amp disconnect , which feeds a inverter. There is 1/0 ground wire pulled from the switchgear to the disconnect to the inverter. The ground wire is to small so we have to put in a 3/0 according to 250.122. The pipe runs from the disconnect next to the switch gear up the wall to a 36x36 box were we spliced our parallel 600's, then goes 350' to another 36x36 box , that run has 3 90's in it. Normally in conduit the conductors are going to wind and spiral so trying to pull out the 1/0 and tying the 3/0 to it could damage the 600's. Oh, and the pipe is 2-4" rigid pipes. Any suggestions on how to pull in new ground wire?
