I am about to hook up my solar panels, Growatt 3K off-grid inverter and an EG4 48V battery. I came across in a DIY solar forum saying that there could be an open neutral error if the neutral wires from AC input and output are not connected together. I had taken residential wiring and NEC code 20 years ago and had done my own small residential wiring before. Can someone who has knowledge educate me on this.
