Solar panel distance from over head lines

Question about distance from overhead power lines for a solar parking lot canopy. How close can the edge of the canopy be? Is the canopy considered a platform making the distance 10' for lines not exceeding 150v to ground? I would like to get closer than 10' but want to keep with the rules.
