Solar panel to serve parking garage lighting vs. AC

If we know the total kw of parking garage lighting consumes, hours the lights are on per day, is there a website with simple tool to calculate/estimate solar power panel size, quantity, power input / output capacity to serve the entire parking garage lighting load, cost saving per year, etc. (either use all solar power or mix of solar and AC power). Thanks.

I dont know of any, but it should not be that hard?
Whats the kW and the hours per day?
You would need some kind of energy storage also.

And, unless you only want lights when the sun is up, you'll need batteries (as Tortuga said).

I think it would take a long, long time (if ever) to break even, compared to using normal utility power.
