I am running 1-family load for a new 200A service for a new home with solar system,
wondering, how much of power, load demand should I consider for solar system in my load calc.??????

If the system is purely grid interactive, without any batteries, it will not be any load at all. But the backfed power from the system has to be taken into account via special rules at the point where it interfaces with the building electrical system and upstream from that point.
If it is connected on the grid side of the service disconnect, those rules do not apply.
If it has batteries, calculate the maximum AC input power to any AC charger and probably consider it to be a continuous load.
