Seriously, aluminum NM isn't around anymore, so I guess it could be said that it can't be installed. Any alauminum wire that is out there is perfectly fine to be left alone but should be thoroughly inspected by an ELECTRICIAN familiar with aluminum wiring to be sure that it is terminated properly on the right devices.
