Is anyone aware of a company that manufactures a 240v electric baseboard heater that is listed and approved to be installed below convenience receptacles? 2017 NEC 424.9 gives me an out but now I need to find it.

I ain't never seen such a beast in the wild myself.

If you are desperate to install a baseboard heater below a needed/required wall receptacle,
get a unit with a receptacle and remove the other and put a blank plate on the box.

Not a great solution, but if you gotta.....

Don't know what size you need but maybe two smaller units one on each side of the outlet.
