SOO cord in a conduit

I need to know what article covers the installation of a SO or simillar cord into a couduit. I know this is not supposed to be done and would like to quote the correct article to the contractor who is trying to do this . Also what article covers what a chase is and how long it is allowed to be. If you could help with this I would greatly appreciate it .

Along with what Gus posted, I would recommend reviewing 400.7 and 400.8 for uses permitted and not permitted, for flexible cord.
