sound system installation

Im doing an Art Gallery lighting system and installing a few plasmas Tv
the customer asked me if I can do the PA system installation , I was wondering if I need to pull a permit for that installation ,is it considered low voltage? its 12" PA speakers hugging from the Ibeams connected to a 8 channel mixer. and wireless mics.

Too many variables.

It will depend on:


what state you are in.
who is the AHJ,
what is the state/local laws and/or amendments.
is it 8 ohm, 25V, 70V or 100V speakers?
And other things I cannot think of right now
