My guess is to pay mike holt for it, or figure it out yourself. I have a spread sheet I wrote that will do it for a fee.

Why do you want or need it? Mike does not have the source code for the VD program on this site. Someone else wrote it.

I don't recall the name but you can send an email to Mike and he might be able to you in contact.
You will need an understanding of electrical concepts as related to voltage drop. Wire size,
resistance ,reactance, amps, distance, power factor all are what make up voltage drop.
