Source for a 400 Amp meter base with two disconnects built in ???

Hello Guys

I have been trying to find a 400 amp Meter Socket /Base with two Disconnects built in it....Anyone have a source to such a Beast I have searched online looking for one However no Luck.......the other thing I am looking into a 200 amp disconnect with a Side throw switch that I can attach a Hanging Pole onto it since Disconnect will be 14 feet in the air.

( I have a Lic Electrical Contractor Hired I am Just doing some of the LEG work since he is covered up )

Meter socket 14 ft up? Must not be a utility meter! Never even heard of one, especially with disconnects you could use a pole on.
 
All manufacturers make an all in one 400 amp meter combo for residential. They are usually rated as 320 amp but they are really 400 amps non continuous load and 320 continuous load. Cutler Hammer , GE , Sq.D and Siemens all make them. They have 2 spaces inside for 2- 200 amp breakers and can also have some other spaces available for other loads
