I'd like to know if this cable barrier sleeve is a commercially available product and if so, who makes it, where to buy etc. Google hasn't been much help on this one. Thanks.
I am referring to the rubber sleeve that is zip-tied together around the cable. Not the molded plastic barrier over the main lugs. It might just be a field fabricated sleeve that someone went to the trouble to put together.
