Currently looking for a source for 230v (or 380v) 50Hz, Weatherproof 400W MH (or any bulb) High Bay light fixtures.

I have seen these before in varying levels of quality (buy American dammit) the one main problem is the cast alumnium breaks around the eye. Chains will catch it, but a bad trend has been set.
I am currently in a cozy middle eastern country and local suppliers can't seem to find anything either. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
