Source of parts?

I'm looking for a couple of surface mounted lampholders. These were about 7-9" long, 1-1/2" wide and about 1" tall. I recall them being brown plastic. I think Leviton was a producer of these.
I have not been able to find a source.
Any ideas where to find?

Sorry, I don't get it... Lamp base? Brown plastic, bakelite? Incandescent, mini, fluorescent?

Sorry. Incandescent, medium base. I remember using these for surface mounted romex yeras ago. Could use a couple for a little job now.
