This is just a plain ol' prepackaged hot tub, outdoor, like we see all the time. It will be set on existing slab.

Is 680.42 (B) telling me that I do not have to worry about bonding the concrete (equipotential bonding)? Conditions (1) (2) (3) seem to apply, I have not measured tub rim but am fairly sure it is 28" high.

If your tub meets all of the exceptions, it sure seems like it does let you out of 680.26 (B)(2). This has changed a bit- in 2008, I don't think there were exceptions w/ spas and bonding, and in 2011, they removed the req for indoor spas, and 2014 removed it for both.
