I can't seem to find the appropriate Section in Art 312 for working space required in this particular installation :)

Perhaps the plumbing Code applies

I think those brass fittings need a bonding jumper.
At least the wire run be a short one.
Maybe a new keep cool feature.

I can't zoom into the photo enough to quite tell whats going on. Is that actually copper tubing? I think it needs leak protection if it runs through a panel :). Yellow & Orange and either black or brown?? Is that a 480V panel??

Should be fine, doesn't look like it fills more than 20% of the wiring space.

Might be overfilling the raceway coming out rear bottom unless it is only a short nipple.
