Spacing for wet area boxes

Surface type cainet and cutout boxes mounted in damp or wet locations shall be so placed or equipped as to prevent moisture or water from entering or accumulating within the cabinet or cutout box and shall be mounted so there is at least how many inch air space between the enclosure and wall or supporting surface?
