Taking state contractors board test yesterday. A question came up about spanish moss. 4 answers, 1 was that it is an insulator, 1 was that it was conductive etc. I cant find anything with google. Any help?

What was the other answers? Is Spanish moss very common in California? I read that when Cool Hand Luke was filmed they actually trucked it in from the gulf states, don't know if that was true or not.

"Bousillage refers to a mixture of clay and vegetal binder, such as straw or Spanish moss, that forms the exterior walls of wooden buildings. ... This earthen composite is also used to seal the gaps between boards of buildings. The Vocabulary of Bousillage. The term is derived from the French bouse, or cow dung."

Maybe?

Was one of the answers combustible?
OSHA 1910.399 mentions Spanish moss in a Class III division 1 location.

It is also in the NEC in art. 500

The Gulf of Mexico states, not the Arabian Gulf states, I assume. Getting tons of the stuff from Louisiana would be no problem.
