My spec book requires me to do a coordination and arc flash study in accordance with "redbook standard 141" based on equipment supplied.This is a school and if I'm not mistaken "141" is for industrial facilities,in addition I'm at 3rd level protection (4000 amp fuse feeding fusible switchboard with 200amp to 800amp fuses in turn feeding my panels).What standard if not 141 should I be basing my study on?BTW all equipment is 208v.

IEE Gray Book, Standard 241, is for Commercial Buildings. But there is no difference in the short circuit calculations and coordination recommendations between the Gray and Red Books.

Check NFPA 70E for Arc Flash and at 208V I'm not thinking there is going to be anything yo need to do in that regard.
