So i see specs vary all the time between spec and commercial grade receptacles on commercial jobs. Which is more durable?

I don't think that is really much of a difference between those two. I think of commercial grade as more of a marketing tool.

Neither of those terms are supported by any technical document...they are both marketing terms.
