Spec to ground earth to equiptment metal work

Im not sure what term to use "grounding or bonding" but the question is what is the specification (ohms) from power earth ground to any exterior metalwork of the same machine. Light industrial machine runs 155-240Vac?

As an electrician I bring an EG to the machine along with the power. I have never had to check from one machine part to another to see if they were bonded. With the exception of a 40 ton overhead crane so long ago I don't remember details.

I would use the term equipment grounding conductor but prefer equipment bonding conductor.
Is that what you are referring too? I'm not sure what power earth ground means.

One brings a non current carrying conductor with all branch circuits with modern AC wiring practices. Where OR How that circuit originates might determine it's name... but Bob nailed it...

As I think of it; one Ground's a panel, one Bond's everything else, again subject to usage.
