Would anyone see a code violation in using LED under cabinet lights on top of the upper cabinets?

I’ve got a 4” crown moulding that will hide everything.

Was thinking of 24V LED tape but the dimmable drivers are pricey and I’d need quit a bit of it to cover the lineal footage.
The plus’s to the fixtures are:
- Dimmable
-Reasonably priced
- Will mimic the light output of the under cabinet lights.
- Color selectable
- Easy to install

Don’t know if the wording on the packaging “Undercabinet” will be an inspection issue.

Thoughts

Thanks

No problem. It's been done for decades with everything from fluorescents to rope-lights.
