I have never looked for it. I have looked at a pipe at 40% fill, which is the max allowed by the NEC and then looked at a panel where 75% fill is allowed and thought, "I've got nothing to worry about".

I've read on here you can't overfill a panel........
But I have seen a few where I think the attempt was made.......
