The light green EGC may not be sized as per 250.122:roll: and the orange is a grounded conductor to the relay boards.

Well I'm not sure, still dissecting it. Your children are safe at school. This was a privately owned medical school that had surgical suites and labs along with classrooms.

Well I also see a violet and a several blacks...so I guess the installation is legal
