Split unit - req's - Where???

Hey guys - been through 440 and 422 - where am I specifically required to provide the conv. outlet with in 25' of the outside cond. unit - cant seem to find this??

This heat up here in WI must be doing something goofy to y brain - can't seem to find anything in the book anymore!! I've only read that entry about two dozen times and swore it was in the A/C chapter!!
