Splitting Tenant Space

Have a existing tenant space that is in a existing building. The whole space right now is fed from a 200A MLO panel, which is fed from a 200A disconnect, fed from a meter. We are trying to split it in two, metered separately for two different businesses

My plan is to come out of the existing 200A disconnect twice and feed two new meters, then hit two new 100A disconnects and then feed the existing 200A panel, and a new 100A MLO panel.

#1) anyone see anything wrong with that?

#2) Would each space need their own 100A disconnect? I was thinking the (1) 200A existing disc. would suffice however if one tenant wanted to work on the electric, both would have to be cut off.

Some POCOs don't allow disconnects ahead of their meters unless they control them (and normally lock them) so you best check with them.
Per 230.72(C) the service disconnect will need to be accessible to both tennants.

unless locked by POCO it is usually frowned upon as it makes "meter tampering" a lot easier :)
If locked by POCO, many inspectors view it as POCO equipment and not "service" equipment.
