haha. I just have to wonder how many of these "RJ-45" keystones have been wired in a similar manner because of videos like these.

Videos like the one I linked make me want to call up my old employer and thank him for teaching me correctly...

Yes it was. I counted no fewer than 13 items that were NEC/TIA no-nos. The only thing that was correct imo is that the jack was installed pins on top.
