Spot the Violation, 03/28/08

This picture is big and blury, but the apparent violation is still visible. I apologize for the clarity but this is a photo of a photo in an advertisement for MC-AP cable. The panel type is square-D homeline. Its possible there's no violation, but there could be if you assume the same thing I did when I saw it.

sorry for the pic quality guys. its on page 19 of EC&M February 2008. I'm sure its in the March too. I thought you could see it even with the bluriness. It has mostly to do with where conductors are landed. It also has something to do with a feature in squareD homeline panels that are opposite to say, a siemens panel.

yep that's it. i didn't even realize at first that the neutral is on the same bar as the grounds. those two bars cannot be separated either. Additional bars must be installed directly to the can for 4-wire feeders. I said it was a possible violation because I don't know for a fact where that ground wire goes. I looked closely at the actual picture and the bonding screw is installed. But anyway, it jumped out at me as I was flipping pages earlier.
