I'm bidding a small addition to a vegetable processing facility. The prints don't really require a certain type of raceway or strapping method. For the most part everything should be buried in the walls wiring wise so not a lot of exposed conduit. The prints refer to it as a spray down area but Ive been told that this is mostly to rinse the floors not all of the walls and ceiling. However the notes say that receptacles switches and lights need to be wet spray down rated. Any idea what that would be. Pin and sleeve? Asks for flex whips to all whips in the processing area. Any input would be appreciated.

Thanks

Can you RFI the expected means and methods and enclosure/device classifications rather than making an assumption?
I would imagine this is a wet loction, not damp, and that at minimum they want weatherproof? ... but thats an assumption
