Does anyone have a spreedsheet that you could enter reciepts in and then sort by job # with acculimative totals that you would be willing to share? I have trouble keeping up with all the reciepts from various suppliers.

Sounds like it's time for you to buy QuickBooks. It does job costing nicely, and keeps track of your vendor receipts and invoices.

Pro is all you really need, but Contractor will have more job-costing whiz-bangs.
