what is the minimum distance between celing and suspended celing if we don't want to install sprinkler system or any fire alarm detector between celing and suspended celing. We will install sprinkler system below suspended celing.

There are lots of variables. NFPA 13 will help you determine whether you need sprinklers above the suspended ceiling (see the section regarding concealed spaces).

Your building code (with your buildings group type) and NFPA 72 will help you figure out if you need smokes at all, and where.
