I want an EPO system to bring down a 200A Square-D QO panel.
The obvious way to do that is with shunt trip breaker.
Does SQD (or should I say al-la Prince "The company until recently known as SQD..."} make a shunt trip breaker in that form factor?

Backstory:
As related before, 600A service with coordination for three adjacent 200 SQD QO panels, and {soon to be} two 200A single-breaker disconnects; each feeding 200A panels elsewhere. The new panel feeds the swimspa, sliding floor, three 2HP Pumps, and other stuph. For it we seek EPO functionality.

To me, EPO means a shunt trip breaker. We want to stay with the same SQD panelboard as the other 6-7 on the property. But the EC says there's no such critter as a SQD QO 200A shunt trip breaker. Failing that, ~50 ft away there will be a single circuit 3R breaker/disconnect to feed the panel. Does someone make such a disconnect with a shunt trip breaker option? A third approach?

I don’t know if they make that for a 200 amp QO, but they do for the smaller QO’s. If the 200 is in a MDP, it would be bolt-in or ILine, and they do have shuntrip breakers or kits depending on the model. Also a contactor can be used.

You wanting to shunt trip main breaker within the panel? If so is it a loadcenter or commercial/industrial panel? Single/three phase?

I doubt you can get the QOM series main breakers that are used in single phase loadcenters as mains with a shunt trip option. But the 225 amp frame breakers (and higher) used as mains are a stand alone item that likely can also be ordered with shunt trip. Lots of options with commercial/industrial panels vs loadcenters.

Otherwise get a single enclosed breaker that includes a shunt trip and use it to feed your panel.

Certainly they're available in three phase. We used to EPO computer rooms (I never understood why, but this was the Army) by using a shuttrip QOM breakers.

I'll not get the few incidents I had with those.
