Is anyone familiar with this PM5563 power meter and Smart Cell surge protector combination? I have a customer where the CTs secondary leads look to have their polarity reversed and need to correct it. It was installed by a different electrical contractor, and I am configuring the meter and integrating it with their BAS. I It is not clear to me if I can remove the meter or a cover on the unit while the SPD is installed into the panelboard bus, to get access to the CT lead terminals. There are 800A:5A CT's installed in the i-line and the orientation of those on the service conductors looks correct, and I cannot get to them to flip the CT orientation either. Getting negative power readings on this thing and I think the CT lead polarity is reversed. Do I need to remove the whole unit?
